Does anybody know how to stop asswipes from using proxys. Is there something I can put in the htaccess on one of my sites to stop this . Last week barefootsies posted some code that he is using and I tried that but the fucker just keeps on, any help apreciated...thanks

if the proxy is a "no reff" proxy, you can redirct it with htaccess based on that

Im not sure if it is a no reference proxy, If it is what would I have to put in the htaccess, Im pretty useless at this whole proxy thing

They keep doing it on my forum as well.

I just have to keep banning them, and their IP. It's very annoying, but it does cut down on the daily bullshit.

A1 & A2 are the country codes for anonymous proxy in geoip

Think one way is to get a list of anonymous proxies and
transparent proxies dump it into txt file and use something like this


{ $proxylist = "--".filegetcontents("proxylist.txt");
If strpos( $proxylist, $userIP) die('please wait..');
}
