they're on a whole other level than any other web program or DVD studio when it comes to creativity and hardcore. Kink.com in their niche is on a whole other level. ShanesWorld is good too. And Khan Tusion's original MidnightProwl.
i don't know how they pull that shit off, they have to get releases on all those people in that video, plus i'd think they have to pay some of them including the production crew. one day they'll have their own cable channel. they produce enough content to do it.
