Which is the best flv movie converter? I need to convert wmv and mpeg. Just your basic movie file formats into flv.

I stick with the creator of the codec's converter... www.on2.com

They created the flash 8 codec and licensed it to Adobe. Yeah, most people don't know that Adobe didn't create the codec, they just license it.

I use On2's Flix encoder. The dual pass encoding is better than any other one I've tried.

just recently started using this program.....it rocks
you can play with all kinds of settings, video dimensions, bitrate, does hd and non hd movies, audio, etc. and it also makes smaller in size + higher quality files than most programs do.
