I have not done anything with the two sites listed. I have them for sale if someone wants a pay site already completed with archive, CMS, and partial design work (celebrity sole is done, barebutts would need new CSS).

I am mainly selling the archive portion.

Celeb Sole has managed to get some decent SERPS for a site barely promoted. Basically, I just threw up a few cross links in my network of sites, and let the G do the rest.

However, for those who want a jump start. I have a few shell sites I am no longer going to develop because I do not have the time, and we are investing more time and effort in our adult holdings.

You have to decide what you are going to use for CMS to plug the DB into. You can buy mine for the short term, and launch with CMS, DB, in place. You have to reskin the site, and add in the graphics and SEO work. But you will be off to the races.
