What would you do with $20,000 for biz?

A friend of mine sold his mainstream site/project off last month and made a good return on it. So hes going to do the same thing again and repeat the process, but has about an extra $20k that he wants to roll into something else.

so I suggested something in adult but not sure really which way to go. $20k is enough to start up a small pay site, but is it worth doing now?

he wants to just make some side money, but i told him i would help him out and do the work in return for a % rather than me shelling out more cash.

I told him that its not the same as it was a few years ago, or even a year ago, but he said he would rather take a risk and do something fun, then toss it into a bank and make 5% a year

I would be the one mainly running show because Ive been in the industry for a few years. I have a network of niche TGP/MGP sites, legal tube sites, blog sites, review sites, etc, etc. but not sure if i would want to go back and rebuild all over, and really don't want him to try and work into what I'm currently doing... nor do I want to try and teach anything

As mentioned countless times, selling online porn is very difficult right now for even established webmasters so it`s particularly dodgy ground for new people in this business.

You should think around the areas of resources/services and what webmasters continue to demand.

Some areas remain vibrant and $20 k certainly allows you/your friend some options.
