You would think. I've installed trillian on many computers, never had this problem before.

Double click on each name in your list, the names will normally pop up once you do that. You are in my list I think, icq is in my sig.

right click and select More Info ,or info ... whatever trillian has to give you someones icq profile ...

Had a bunch of issues with 6.5. Just upgraded to a newer version today so will see if it's more stable.
