I'd try the combo out but depends on the terms of the stock options and what they are backed by.

that said combo deals that I like is not listed
traffic trade and PPS but trades like this need to be watched.. if the other end is not matching sales then you need to switch it out for a higher pps pay.Comment

As it's basically a question of bird in the hand $ vs risk of course it would depend on the specifics of the offer when it came down to it.
But the option I almost always look for when it's something that I think is a good match for the traffic doesn't seem to be there.
