FLV movies and Galleries - need your advice

hello everyone and happy holidays. I run pornstarxs.com and i'd like to start making FLV content we already have over 5000 hosted video galleries, dynamic and static so i want to add some more variety . i need advice from fellow sponsors, mgp site and tube site owners. i have a couple questions for each

1. what's the best runtime for a flv video on a gallery? 3 minutes?
i'm leaning towards 1 clip for a scene/ gallery, i do 3 clips 20 seconds each on video galleries now. so i want the FLV galleries to be something new and different. will MGPs import FLV galleries?

2. you tube site owners, will you use 3 minute flv videos on your tube site? what do you need to import them? just a flv downloadable link? will file info like pornstar name|desc|niches help?

3. tube site owners that link to tube files instead of hosting them how can i trust you will provide a link back? i guess it's harder to trust these type of tube sites because if they arent paying for file hosting. i dont have the assurance they will provide a link back when hotlinking my content. but maybe some of you established sponsors have some solutions

thanks for your time and would love any feedback. I'm knee deep in all aspects of my site from designing the layout, all the graphic work, galleries etc. FLV content is new to me, i've uploaded to some tube sites but i'd like some feedback from legit tube site owners that like making money with sponsors and not abusing content.

I'm not a tube site owner, but in my opinion 3 minutes is the best, because its standart lengh for most of other sponsor programs who have hosted flv galleries in their promotools section.
To help MPGs import flv hosted galleries, add to your galleries 4-5 thumbs linking to big pics (which are screenshots of your video)

I so 2nd that, many sponsors have nice Flash FHGs, but nobody is able to use them cause there aren't any .jpg files to crop preview Thumbs from.

Just want to make sure I'm doing the most useful thing. Our export script has a screencap image that you can set any size you need for a thumb on our flv galleries... if someone would check and let me know if that's what you need I'll keep making them.
(btw we only have flv galleries for 3dfucksluts.com right now.)

Only problem with this is that lots of scripts will reject the hybrid galleries.

thanks guys for the comments. that thumbnail suggestion is good. I made a legit tube site with our content, and we have a script that can pull images from the vid but those are often pretty crappy on tube sites. i upload nice thumbs. and Poddub your 4-5 thumbs suggestion sounds good, easy to do.

and pornguy you're right about the rejection of galleries of flv, but i think some MGPs who are open will try working them in. plus i do have 5000+ standard mpeg galleries and will continue to create them. I think it's nice to have a variety of promo tools I submit galleries but i wouldnt submit FLV galleries, they are more for webmasters who are embracing FLV galleries.

thanks everyone. this is for my pornstarxs.com DVD/movie site but i'm hoping that i can use similar flv gallery formats for an exclusive content network. we're sitting on our exclusive content figuring out the best way to pitch it, have to sit down and design everything. busy busy busy i'm going to get my coder to set up the player this week
