I'm selling use of it. Serious inquiries only. This is a hot list and excellent for anyone who has sex pills, gadgets, or any type of hot product.

I can see you've never bought a list like this before.

I don't have a way of sending out this much mail but I will sell you a small test list and if it converts you buy more. I have a feeling it will. In low batches it's 20 cents a name. Min is 300- but I think to really test a list you need 1000 and if you get a 100 orders you've done real good. That is if you do your email right, plan your headers and use good copy.

Not trying to be argumentative, but seriously, of what value is such a list?

If you email 40,000 people, chances are, about 200 will report you using spamcop or whatever. Then, unless you host in Bolivia or someplace like that, your isp will shut you down, and not just the phony account that sent the email, but the website referenced in it.

                  Is that worth it?

You have to do the mailing correctly so it doesn't come off spammy. And yes there are ways to do it and not get a single complaint. You have to invest in the prospect, but it will pay off magnificently if marketed that way.

Yes, a list with that many previous subscribers is worth quite alot.
Of course, depending on whether they have already been spammed to death, or how long it has been since their original purchase.
But a minty list like that is worth quite alot.
Previous members will also rarely complain, as long as you have a remove link in it.

or you can be crafty and have a cgi script that adds all the remove emails to an even better list
