Hehe, well you would be surprised what a wheelchair axel can do to a paint job, and still be purely ummm accidently yeah thats it.

No I did not think that. Interesting idea, overweight due to being handicapped hmmm.... Kinda like a chicken and the egg huh. Now if that were only true. It would be kinda hard for a crippleing diesease to cause someone to become fat. Sure ya may blow a knee which would cause you not to walk much, which would be less excerise. Yet no Doctor would say "hey what you need to do is gain an extra 200 pounds and that will fix that knee right up". It is nearly always the other way around. If it wasnt then well there wouldnt be that many fat people using placards.

No lets assume their doctor didnt want to be sued under a dissabilities act law for not issueing it, since that is the primary reason. Belive me I asked my Doctor and that was his flat answer why he gives them to fat people.

I would guess the reason you see that is you are not looking for a space. It is a little different when you actually need something, compaired to when you dont need it.

Well in this lovely little state, the police must be called by the leasor or owner of the parking lot. Now true they still will respond, yet who in the hell has the time to wait an hour or more for a cop to show up, and do you really think the person who is parking there will wait without being illegally detained? Not to mention I am not about to waste the time or the police to give a damn parking ticket. About the only thing I could do is, pass a simular law so fellow gimps could give out tickets, or sit around and record people on camera and turn the shit in to the police. Again a waste of time.
