Montreal has just decided to have legal shooting galeries for junkies. It is appauling and should be stopped. What do think about legalized shooting galeries. There are some positive things about it such as curbing aids and hepatitis but think about the trafficking.

manny... the government can't stop heroin use. so why not at least make it safer? the clinics and the neighbourhoods around them are gonna be under heavy police surveillance.
