yes they do make you sleepy ... i once did 4-5 before a night session formula 1...

Yeah that's a killer drink!! The sad thing is that it makes you a bit insane! I always do all sorts of crazy shit when I have been drinking that combination..LOL

I think you just have to get used to the taste, I also didn´t like it in the beginning but now it's yummi, but I do think I need to cut down on amount im drinking.. hehe

Very few things "give" you energy. Things like Red Bull mostly just make you burn stored energy faster. Once it's gone, you crash.
