When I first heard about the concept I though it was just too weird for even HBO to pull off, but I love that show.Comment

WHAT ???
I thought that was a Will&Grace for cable.
I have never even watched 30 seconds of it but if tdf and Labret say it's good, I may have to force myself to check it out.
I just finished catching up on the last 2 seasons of 'curb your enthusiam' and Sopranos with HBOonDemand so maybe I'll give 6ft. a shot.
I did try and get thru an episode of Oz the other night and it was HORRIBLE !!

the first five minutes of six feet under is always the best!
there was the one episode when husband went a little too far with his masturbation technique was great.... what a way to go.
Imagine being found like that.Looking to promote uncut cock?

HBO does not put out bad shows!!! 6 Feet Under is the shit. Even Sex and the City although it's for chicks is well written and executed. My favorites are Sopranos and The Wire. HBO does manage to let them write a gay male scenario in all these sitcoms though huh? Did anyone catch The Wire with Omar the homo-thug. He was a terror to the projects, but a sweetheart for his boy-toy. And it worked. You could never pull these shows off on a regular commercial network.Comment

I call The Wire the 'ghetto Sopranos'. It's a crime drama set in Baltimore following the lives of a druglord and his organization as well as the cops that are after them. It's written so you see the internal dealings of both sides in a way where you're rooting for the bad guys and the good guys too (like you love Tony Soprano even though he's bad). Great acting and storylines. I think it was underpromoted but they say it's coming back for a 2nd season.Originally posted by archer
what's the wire about?Comment

It's easily the best show on TV right now. And the only reason we pay for HBO (fuck the Soprano's -- shrill and overly stereotypical).Originally posted by Shooter
Anybody wanna clue me in on the premise of Six Feet Under? Haven't seen it myself.
