Questions regarding refundable funds will be handled the legal way too.
This will be my last email to you. All following matters will be handled by my lawyer.

Jens, no lawyer helped you file a "cease and decease" order, so just stop with the lies there. "Have a nice day and better think twice before taking any kind of action" is a vague threat meant to show he has the upper hand and you'd better just do what he says. Don't worry, it's clearly a bluff this time.
When Jens first showed up on the board, my spider senses went way off. Over time he seemed like an OK guy, and I just sort of let it slide. I have to say that given what we've seen here, it looks to me like he did fuck this guy out of $5200.
If you don't want to defend your actions here in the court of public opinion, which is fair enough, pay the man back his $5200 and never mind with your ordering him to stop and die, lies about legal action and blah blah blah. Otherwise based on the facts, it doesn't look good for your rep..Comment

I'm sure Jens is broke and has spent the 5k and all his amateurish legal mumbo jumbo was meant to hold Perry off and maybe keep him from letting others know. Jens has said there's more to the story, but he has yet to claim that he's given Perry anything in return for the 5k. If Jens had half a brain he'd simply pay someone $500 to do the job, there's plenty of people here that could do that job in a few days. The problem is that it sounds like he made some claims regarding traffic and revenue to make the deal and he's going to have a difficult time fulfilling that part of the deal.
I too had a sense something was up with this Jens guy when he appeared on this board as Machete_Rodriguez earlier this year. Although he said he was new, he kept referring to past gfy incidents in his posts, so it was obvious he was another nick from the past.
