Fuckin pizza hut grrr

Ok I love Pizza hut, order from them quite often, and have used the Online ordering system countless times. Tonight it was raining out, I didnt feel like driving to go get food so at 6pm I place an order for a 10 piece wings, and some cheese sticks (both off my diet but I dont care lol). So deliver time is estimated as 7:15 Im quite close less than 5 miles away, and normally I get my order long before the estimated time. But its raining so when 7pm rolls around Im thinking no biggy. I understand the delay. 7:15 comes and Im like grr getting really hungry. So I say ok Ill wait till 7:30 to call. So at 7:30 I call. Keep in mind I got a confirmation of order email, saying which pizza hut I ordered from, all aspects of the order covered in the email.

So I get the store on the phone, being super pleasant. He tells me he didn't receive any order... Im like ok thats weird I got the confirmation email etc. He doesn't say much, so I say ok well then can I just order it via the phone then? So I do, he gives me the total, which came out exactly the same as the email said 13.63. Then he says "That will be about an hour" Im like.. umm any way you can get it here a bit quicker since I actually placed the order at 6? And he says, how is that my fault.........

Im like well I placed an order, got a confirmation, waited in good faith and never got it. So its certainly not my fault. And he comes back "how is that my fault"? Im like ok its Pizza huts fault then..

I sent off an email bitching. Should be a free meal or something at least. Im so pissed right now. grr

least you have a pizza hut, they all closed down within a 60mile radius...sometimes i go to target to get those little ones cause they have one of those generic pizza huts there...but it isn't all that great

whatever you do if you are ordering from Pizza Hut DON'T order their Pizza Mia pizza.

literally the worst food item ever invented by a national restaurant chain.

I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

yeap... they must be treating their employees like shit.. I always get those delivery guys asking for tips... I mean... I ALWAYS give fucking tips and its annoying when you get one of those delivery guys thinking they have earned their tip just because they have literally walked 100 meters to get to my home... and they are all like giving you attitude and asking for it... not ordering pizzahut anymore.. who knows what those mistreated and desperate employees do to your food ....

they fucked around recently with me too.

I ordered from there by phone, they said 45 minutes. I waited 2 hours, left my house and 15 minutes later I get a phone call saying the delivery guy is at the door.

We ordered pizza hut one time it it took them almost 2 hours to deliver it and was cold and shitty. so we bitched, got and got some free pizzas but they were also very delayed, cold and shitty. They suck for delivery.

you don't know you're wearing a leash if you sit by the peg all day..

I want to do that too. but I delivered pizzas when I was 18 and I feel for the drivers. So i'm a softie on that kinda thing. but I'll call and bitch at the manager and blame it all on them.

Pizza Hut is going down the tooobs. I had a pizza from them with hardly any cheese on it. It was soooo noticeably bad that I actually took a picture of it. Can't seem to find the pic now though.

Ahhh... I remember the good ol' days, when the cheese was plentiful and there was enough marinara to require 2 antacid tablets for dessert.

Perfect timing for this thread!

I just finished the best pizza I've had in a couple of years.

It took 3 tries but I finally got it down to make the pizza I like from scratch.

And in 30 minutes!

I'm looking forward to life with no pizza problems from now on.

It's all about the crust man; that is the hard part to get right.
Hell, that's the only hard part.

You're trying to get a six pack eating Pizza Hut, lol? Try my healthy home made pizza recipe. If you make it my way you will have a crispy thin crust and a tasty healthy pizza!

Healthy Home Made Pizza

One Food For Life Ezekiel brand sprouted grain tortilla (or whole wheat tortilla) for the base , spray with a little olive oil spray on both sides, bake on foil in a baking tray or pan in a pre-heated oven at 375 for about five minutes until it gets a little crispy. Take out and add about 1/4 cup Ragu or other 100% natural (low fat, no high fructose corn syrup) pizza sauce to the tortilla with a spoon and add in about 1/4 cup of chopped red bell pepper pieces and chopped tomato pieces from a small plum tomato. Shake on a little bit of spices like dry parlsey flakes, and a little salt, pepper, Italian Seasoning and garlic powder. Then spread a 1/4 cup of shredded fat free mozarella cheese on top of that to make the cheese layer. For a topping I add 75 grams or so of the pre-cooked extra lean ground turkey spiced with low sodium taco seasoning that I usually use for the tacos on the very top. Then back in the oven to cook for about ten minutes at 375 until the cheese is melted nicely, take out, let cool for a few minutes, then eat.

This was my first attempt at making a home made pizza and it was DELICIOUS! The pizza was really crispy and held together real nicely even when I picked up up and ate it with my hands! I use a pizza cutter and cut it into four small slices. Yummy!

Here is the nutrition breakdown: 278 calories, 3 g of fat, 31 carbs, 32 g of protein.
