Going out to a nice mexican resturant tonight...

What should I order?

look in the menu if they got these dishes, all are real typical mexican food

1. cochinita pibil (pork)
2. Mole poblano (mostly served with chicken with a sweet darky sauce over it)
3. Chiles rellenos (dont worry, not hot peppers, but light picante... stuffed with ground beef or cheese mostly)
4. Chiles en Nogada (similar to the above but smaller and sweeter, typical from this Holidays)
5. Enchiladas Suizas (chicken tacos with soft tortilla with a green light sauce and cheese over them)

My choice: chiles en nogada, if not the mole poblano

Ask if the have "agua de jamaica" o de "orchata", they are typical delicious drinks with no alcohol

Baja Fresh is pretty good, don't know if they still have that special "Fire Grilled Taco Trio", but I had it a few times and it was outstanding:
