      ICQ has been fucking up for me recently too saying it can't get a valid login hash or something, and refusing to send certain messages with some obscure error number, no explanation.

                                  seems like they dont let u use 3rd party clients anymore
                                  my msg says they dont support icq 5.1 anymore, and i'm with QIP

                                  searching right now for a solution, im not getting back to the awful icq client
