Do you promote "girlfriend" sites?

If so you are a fucking idiot.. I have yet to see a legal one yet. Seems to be a lot of idiots out there jumping on the "girlfriend" bandwagon. What people need to realize is these site owners do not have the legal right to use those photo's.. Much less it's very likely 80% of them are underage girls.

If the FBI or your local police come knocking on your door, it's you as the affiliate whom goes to jail if you are using the content or even promoting them. Yes just promoting a illegal site can get you in hot water.

Well, I guess I have to say this: We are one of the few, and only legal ex girlfriend sites. We have been legal since the start (we were one of the very first to have a ex gf site), since we live in the US, we have all model releases, and 2257 docs. Not one stolen bit of content on our site.

I'd also like to say that Revenge Bucks and Triple10 Vault has a 100% legal sites.

Now the biggest problem we have is that these other douche bag gf sites steal our content.

I hope people realize the difference between the two types of GF sites: One is LEGAL and one is TOTALLY ILLEGAL.

To my knowledge, we have the ONLY user submitted 2257 compatible ex gf site out there.

There are quite a few that shoot content in an amateur style - but we have a process in place to check ID + model releases for everything that's sent in to us.

The fact is the real exgf sites convert better than the ones who have bought the content trying to look like exgf sites. I dont think you can say outright which are legal and which arent, just because they havent bought the content if its user uploaded who says it isnt legal. They may be in a country where 2257 isnt required and is 2257 even required for user uploaded content anyway? I didn't think it was.

If you didnt know who little lupe was you wouldnt think she is 18+, saying they are illegal is a bit rash.
