The biggest problem is finding the right person, they are very rare... you need to keep in mind that Third World countries have electricity problems and Internet problems, which will have an impact on their working schedule, guaranteed. You will also need someone that can afford a computer... you may be paying said person $500 a month, but their computers still cost them at least $600, and replacement parts are expensive.

The funny thing is, grunt work is nearly cheaper in the US/Western countries. PC's and internet access are certainly cheaper and you can find people stuck at home who are happy with the extra cash.

mmm it depends what they are doing... I have like 4 people from other countries doing work for me but I pay them by project.. so I guess that way they end up earning a lot more than your average 3rd world dude...I haven't tried hiring someone full time tho...
