I've been using photoshop for years and from time to time if I select my brush tool the shape of the brush will disappear into a crosshair and sometimes it will be the shape of the brush. What is going on and how can I toggle back and forth? Please help.

When its cross hairs you are probably working on a huge full size image and still have the brush small. Just try making the brush bigger. Also the cross hair thing has happened to me when memory is low. -
yeah mate, that would be your caps key, you press it on, and the tool turns into a crosshair, turn it off, and your back....

I bump the CAPS key all the time when trying to get my pinky to the Shift key or the control key... Took me a few days to figure out the crosshair thing way back when also.ICQ: 370 037 008Comment
