    CCBill down?

I've been trying to check my stats but always get stuck with a "Request sent. Waiting for server response..." message

I've been having intermittent issues with CCBill for a week. Getting pretty tired of it to be honest with you.

That's odd, I'm behind a switch, a firewall and a router and I've never had issues until last week.

Ive had multiple offices, more than 10 different computers, and more than one lynksys routers over the years and its always the same thing. Time out. It happens with ccbill join pages as well, which is why they are not our main processor for the past few years. Im sure its not just my computers, but it is weird.

You already contacted people about this issue last week. It got fixed and then back to broke. The issue is stated in this thread.

Not trying to be an ass, just saying, this needs to be addressed and re-addressed and trouble-shooted and insured against continuing.

Thank you, in advance, for your prompt assistance with this issue.

I had problems logging into CCBILL from behind a router as well.... soon as I connect direct to the modem, no problem at all. So they must have some kind of proxy code running...

One thing I haven't tried is putting my computer in the DMZ and trying to log in... which I think is what some people have done and appear to be having no problems.
