now i'm more paranoid than ever. i always pay attention to what i touch when in public. do you wash your hands after touching the menu at a restaurant? shopping carts? gas station pumps? atm machines? the list goes on and on.....

i keep the small hand sanitizer bottles in my car and purse and use it after i touch anything public.
