The "Emoluments" happened before January 20th by executive order, doesn't matter when she steps down. But this would have effectively given Bush veto power on Obama's appointments and that's not what the clause intended. The courts would see the distinction from it being a executive order from the emoluments being legislated.

They're not going to try to impeach obama, just becasue he's Black doesn't mean he's not one of them....Check him out, he's a part of the CFR, his cabinet all has ties to the CFR, trilateral commission, etc. it's not change whatsoever. Just checking out who's his COS alone should scare the fuck out of people.....
I mean let's be real, no way she was going to beat McCain, he (Obama) had all the young people ready to vote, so they had her bow out quietly, no matter who wouldv'e had won, WE was on the losing end...
