Sitedepth template question
So I just got Sitedepth, they are helping me the base template layout down, but I'm not getting a real answer on how to display the different formats of the videos as options to download in the members area.
Ex. in the video gallery area, you see the thumbnails of the different videos. Under each video, I want to have links to download the WMV, MOV, and IPOD versions. How do you get this to display? HELP PLEASE......

Are they are responding to emails now ???
Its been 2 months and over half a dozen emails and they refuse to respond to us regarding our upgrade. Is there a secret password or something we need to use to get support?

I have found the best way is to make a "video type" for each format and size you want to offer.
