hey whats up, CL is a nightmare and curse for anything, im sure some people have had luck but you have a better chance winning lotto.

Recently I hired Dean Capture to do a shoot for me he was in charge of all photo related stuff (amazing job) but I needed to get the girls together (5 of them).

Only 1 of the girls (nikki jayne) was an adult model the rest where regular girls, while nikki was undressing all over and having her boobs all over the place the others where hiding everytime they needed to change, was a pretty interesting site to see, they had no clue nikki was an adult model and couldnt understand how come shes walking all over naked.

Finding quality is a HUGE numbers game, youll have to spend some time and money and get as many emails as possible to find a few that will fit the look you are after, I think we went thru 700 emails to find the mix of looks face and body we needed.

Backstage ads (great for non nude) will deliver a huge amount of leads, the most important thing is being upfront 110% of what the job entails, what will they wear, who will be there, how long it will take, just so they know what to expect and you weed out those who might not be comfortable with certain things.

Place ads on mod may, omp, backstage, let them contact you, place details and rates also if you will allow them to use the pics for their portfolio, this can be a big plus and push for some girls.

Get backups and give kill fees its worth the money, I dont really deal with filming adult hardcore or even softcore but have done plenty of setups for non nude etc related stuff from what I hear its a whole different animal than dealing with hardcore models.

Agencies are good you can pick off the site, just some projects id rather not use girls that are all over.

Not sure I understand your data. We're just spinning around ideas. I wouldn't expect to compete with the big boys at this stage of course or anything that looks commerical professional.

I'm playing with the ideas of indy/guerilla mainstream techniques. Not talking about using film of course.

I'm sure there's way more to it than what I'm thinking. I just know from experience in other areas, often someone does okay, even if accidentally, by not following pattern formulas. (at the same time I do agree there is a reason for experience and formula, otherwise everybody would just be doing whatever and having success.)

A lot of chappies hitting on some good techniques. Frankly, I am too tired to type out my successes over the 5 or so years. But at least you getting some good feedback from CL, to the other modeling sites.

Keep in mind, especially on the modeling sites, that MM will black flag you if they know you are a porn company. So will many of the other sites out there. Knowing HOW to word your shit is 75% of the battle in the recruiting. Having a second site(s) set up to refer models to, and have examples will help.

Out of the 180 girls on my paysite, 90% of them were approached by me out in public places. I have never gone through an agency and to this day, I get new girls for the site every week. However, if you are going to try this method, you really need to have a very confident and caring personality, cannot be afraid to strike up a conversation with a random girl about modeling and you need to watch the words that you choose when speaking with the girls. Otherwise, you may get someones hand slapped across your face. Hell, it has almost happened to me before.

But I keep going out and talking with girls and over the last 4 years, have had nearly 180 girls tell me that they would gladly shoot for the site. I run an amateur paysite so the girls NEED to be amateur. That's why I chose this particular method as far as recruiting the girls. If you are going to shoot porn star types or either girls with some type of modeling experience then I would say that going through an agency would be much easier.

As far as the pay, I say for nonnude content, $50 per hour. I only shoot nude and hardcore so I pay $100 per hour. And the girls just continue to stream in like clockwork. Good luck to you bro.
