I haven't been able to do much with it and really wont have the time to build it out like I would like to. Its a pr 5 with some pages with a pr2-pr3. Site does between 15-30 uniques a day and today the site spiked up to 50 uniques cause of the Macy Parade. What do you think it is worth? Make me some offers if you interested.

Yes and it has custom web based admin area that allows you to update the different parts of the site.

given the fact that his manager has already said publicly that he is going to go after everyone for royalties... this would be a pretty risky domain to develop or buy.

I don't know why they would go after people. Honestly, this is the best thing that could happen to him. His career was dead two years ago. Now he's getting MTV awards and even appeared in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. He is also earning royalties on the YouTube link from what I've gathered.

Just seems stupid to me not to embrace the fame.

its not "him" ... i don't think he owns the rights... at least not a single person does.. its his old manager or producer or someone like that.
