Thats about the same style of excuses he was giving when us affiliates were trying to get paid from him, he dragged on lies for like months!!!!!!!

I am following the outcome of this thread with great interest.

There is absolutely no reason for a content seller not to give details for the customer to download the content instantly after payment. Doesnt matter what size it is.

Sending stuff by fedex? Get with the program, it's 2008.

AnnikN I think the best thing would be to try and recover the cash by any means necessary, forget about the content.

Shame to see that ( if true ) ...once funds have been exchanged parties have obligations...and not to be broken and shouldnt be brought up on boards and both be man to take care of it privately...

I have done a lot of business with Batts in the past and he has always been straight up. This is very unfortunate, I will be watching to see how this plays out.
