i was listening to radio this morning really early, some magazine show and it was about Thanksgiving - pretty fascinating, these English people who became America's first settlers had to be insane. No different than going to Mars or the Moon today - actually worse. 50% of the settlers of Jamestown didn't survive the first winter.

ummm, there was like 170 years between the Pilgrims and the Constitution as I recall.
