I saw Shane killing himself, didn't think he would do the kool-aid trick with the wife and kid though...

Vic in a suit.. ha! Selling Ronnie out - shady shit... He's still carrying though he was told not to...

Doubt we will man. So far there isn't any plans of a spin off. But who the hell knows. I personally hated the way they let it play out. But on the other hand they left it wide open for a Spin Off. Would be awsome to see though. I would love for them to do it.

Come to think of it, him pulling his gun back out could have meant many things.. he was going to go hunt down the ex, going home to off himself.. (though he didn't have that look on his face), but if was clear he wasn't changing his ways.

Overall, a pretty disappointing ending that left me wanting to know more.

Will miss that show though

if you have a child, especially since my boy is 2, that scene with them in the bed and him holding his little car was terrible to watch. made me go up and tuck my boy back into bed and give him a kiss during the next commercial. other than that, thought it played out well.

I like the Wire and The Shield both. Both did their jobs in capturing different regions of the country somewhat accurately and ended on a realistic downward note, the shield doling out more justice as I think was needed in the way the series was handled.

Both series were ended much better than the Sopranos

Just had to bump this since I finally watched the finale last night...

For me the most powerful part was how he fucked over Ronnie, who had been nothing but loyal and faithful the whole show.

I liked how they put him in his own personal hell (desk job with no friends, family, or badge) instead of an easy way out like death.

Everything that happened at the end had less to do with the individual characters' situations, but more with painting a picture of the trail of destruction that Vic Mackey has created.

Shane and his family is dead.

Ronnie is going to prison.

Corinne had to relocate with her children.

Everything he touched turned to shit. That was pretty much the point at the end.
