Guys, surfers DO upload constantly. You need to start googling up some forums.
Since I have claudia-marie.com I am VERY aware of the surfers uploading. Before I went to all streaming I used to spend hours everyday googling up big tit forums and finding my shit to write dmca's to. Now the guys at removeyourcontent.com do that for me to find any of my old stuff floating around.
And they can confirm to you that "yes" surfers DO upload tons of stuff and then get praised on the forums. It's an entire culture there.
At one point about 6 months ago it got so bad that my entire members area was all over the place. I could put up a new scene and the guys in these forums would be in a contest to see which idiot could upload it first. lol
Gotta admit, the illegitimate tube is a sweet deal. Surfers do all of your work for you and PAY you for the privilege.
I know you guys all have "theories" and "know for a fact" how the tubes do it. But as a guy who knows his niche and writes, shoots, directs, edits, uploads, and updates claudia-marie.com I KNOW how my shit got out there. And it wasn't from piratebay hiring somebody from the phillipines. It was guys joining the site with their ONLY purpose being to download for their other buddies in the big tit forums.
Now that I'm encrypted streaming only...I still go out and keep my eyes open on the forums. And I see them bitching about it.
I'll get a member who will join and IMMEDIATELY write me demanding his money back because he can't download the entire site. I give them their credit back and send them on their way.
They weren't ever gonna be a "real" member of the site and/or rebill. They simply wanted to grab everything I have and upload it.
Don't underestimate the power of the "communities" these guys have created on forums. If you don't believe in it, just look right here at GFY. Look at how many people get totally bent out of shape and crazy over what a bunch of people say on a message board.
It's the same kinda powerful thing on those forums. Try it yourself. Google up some big tit, or interracial, or milf, or latina, or any niche you can think of forums and/or message boards and you'll get your eyes opened.-Robbie

Hell the whole warez scene lives from people uploading stuff for free. Just look at some surfer boards like warezbb and others. Do the admins upload all those 1,2gb movies to rapidshare and co? sure they do it called access shifting, when they upload such a video they can access it from anywhere they want. They can watch it at home, at work, just by opening a web browser and going to the site.
They can get rid of their locally stored copy and use that web stream as a back up for the video they paid for.
Torrents are the same way, seed to the swarm get rid of the local copy, if i ever want to watch it again, just reconnect to the swarm and recreate the file again.
Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying there aren't tube site owners doing it and pretending to be users. Of course there are, and it may just be that the majority of uploads come this way, but just don't doubt that there are some users doing it too.
i suspect that a lot of uploads are user uploads they are just replicated, a new tube site rips an existing tube sites content, keeps the usernames and uploads the same for the database (syndication) and starts from scratch accepting new submissions.
What was originally user uploads is replicated by the webmaster, it still meets all the conditions of the safe harbor provision so it still dmca protected act.

He does get "served" everyday. Served a bunch of high fives and slaps on the back. And that guy is just one of thousands and thousands and thousand of guys doing it.
And "serving" someone means spending a nice chunk of change. My lawyer fucking charges me everytime I talk on the phone...and he charges me the minimum which is 30 minutes, even if it's a 2 minute talk.
Lawyers will end up costing you more than "serving" some guy who hasn't got any money to begin with. Best thing is to secure your content, and then hire removeyourcontent.com for a hundred bucks a month and problem solved.
You'd spend more money "serving" ONE guy in a day than you will securing your content and paying removeyourcontent.com in a year.

agree with you to a point, but if some of the larger programs were to initiate some of these suits, it would send a strong message to the users and uploaders that they could find themselves facing court and the publicity that surrounds it
I'm sure that if some individuals were named, it would send shockwaves through the torrent and uploader communities, and you would see 99% of them not want to upload anymore
this is why stopping happily after a selfish dmca content removal request is successful doesn't really chip away at the problem at all, whereas some cut and dry lawsuits against the uploaders and torrent users would be huge

Well let me be more clear....Not only are large programs content ripped off, but DVD's are ripped and uploaded also....Plus they can get scenes from any of the "4000 DVD's for one price" sites and upload those also...More than likely the site they got ripped from didn't even produce the content themselves...agree with you to a point, but if some of the larger programs were to initiate some of these suits, it would send a strong message to the users and uploaders that they could find themselves facing court and the publicity that surrounds it

if your in the tube business it is your responsiblity to not allow illegal uploads or full hardcore scenes. I dont understand why sponsors dont sue tube sites for it. they would win easy. and take everything.

whether it is or not doesnt really matter if the tube is hosting it illegally they are in the wrong 100% and can be sued big time. whether its the user uploading or the company doing it shady is irrelevant.

Program owners will complain about AFF or Brazzers, etc.. but they never really take a stand or stop pushing sales their way. Why should anyone else? I don't think mb will do it, but he might. xxxjay hasn't, and neither has shap. Don't come to GFY complaining about it and trying to get others to do it if you're not willing to do it yourself.

the bottom line is those guys will scoff and laugh at an individual affiliate or two, but if enough noise is made and more and more affiliates take notice of the lists of the "bad apples" that are cooperating and advertising on the ripoff sites, then it can make a difference....... if they didn't care, why would they bother to be promoting themselves on here?
kudos to those that are making lists of sponsors that are in bed with the rip off tube sites, and kudos to them for keeping those lists prominently bumped on the forums
