Pornhub hosting Full DVD scenes from MovieRoom.com

This is out of control.

Each one has my watermark on it... and this is just one poster... I'm sure there are thousands more.

How do I go about getting this stuff pulled? And is there an organized effort under way to take these tubes down?

Don't be fooled in to thinking that there's no actual users uploading huge movies. I know you think that just because you don't see the sense in doing it. Why would anyone upload stuff for no personal benefit. It seems like a logical argument, but in practice, people do it.

Sites like surfthechannel.com, or anyone of the thousands of copies have users uploading entire tv shows, edited to remove commercials, etc etc. No benefit for doing it, and yet they do it.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not saying there aren't tube site owners doing it and pretending to be users. Of course there are, and it may just be that the majority of uploads come this way, but just don't doubt that there are some users doing it too.

I don't know what other tube sites are doing. I'm sure most of them don't even accept outside submissions. I'm just letting you know what we saw from experience. A lot of people like to say no users upload to tube sites and that is 100% false.

Yes we are working with tube sites. It is a decision we made as a company and I'm not going to deny it. I'm running a business and I have to make decisions that are best for my business. That is why my affiliates trust me with their traffic. They know the decisions I make will not only ensure I keep paying them on time monthly but our decisions also allow us to be one of the best at monetizing our affiliates traffic for them.

Limiting size doesn't help. If you are a site that is geared towards amateur content (like our tube sites) then you don't care how long a video is. The longer the better.

Filtering content is the way to do it. But too many of these thieves worry that filtering out the stolen shit will kill their traffic. We have thousands of videos on our tube site and not a single stolen vid. Our traffic is growing and we are making a profit. It definitely is possible to do. Thing is our industry doesn't like the hard work and long term approach to things.

MB...I disagree. Who the fuck uploads files that take hours to transfer and locking down their whole bandwidth pipe just because they feel the need to share their porn collection? I could understand this more if pornhub was a P2P site where the upload and download go simultaneously, but they aren't. Pornhub has harddisks with your content and they just load the thing on there with no respect for your intellectual property.
