Wanted: System Admin with Scaling Experience
Thanks to everyone that replied with designer recommendation on my other thread (here)..
I'm looking for the next piece of the puzzle which is a System Administrator that can handle scaling a web project rapidly.
We are hoping to work with 1 person if possible or a company that can give us the attention working with one person would like.
Must be familiar with Linux (Red Hat), Apache, MySQL, PHP and scaling issues and working with a cluster of servers - we're starting with 2 or 3 (+1 dev server) and will need a System Admin that can get them all working in harmony with each other.
The system admin will work with not only keeping the servers up-to-date but also monitor them and be able to do some scripting for updating each account on the server and help script out functions that would allow when an account is created that it gets created on the right server.
Please be experienced, eager to work, and no problem signing a NDA.
We are looking to hire someone by Friday.

If we have to, we have a couple companies we could use in the mean time, but hoping to find someone to work with us on a more permanent basis (whether that be part or full-time)
