Why do clients don't pay there hosting bills ...
Fucking fed up of chasing for a $5.99 monthly payment as well as dedicated boxes at $245.00 ...
Mostly always the same clients .... I think I will be sending some notice of termination today ... No time for this shit.

I know what you're saying.
You need to be more strict with the rules otherwise they'll see a weakness and try to profit from it. Just set your scripts to suspend anyone over two weeks due with no exception. They'll start paying in time after a while. |

I bet if they think that their websites will no longer be accessible then they will pay up. Otherwise, suspend the fucking accounts. Gotta pay hosting charges. No way around that.

if they're 30days in arrears, just shut off their access. Dedi box or shared hosting, gotta pay your bills.

Webair knows to hit my account around the same time each month....I even let them know a long time ago that if my hosting bill goes unpaid and they cannot contact me, assume that I'm either in the hospital, or in jail and to keep my data until I return....
My bill's been current for over five years with them...

i pay hosting 3 months at a time and i try to pay a month early
no hosting = no money made, at all so its not something i like to fuck around with |

just like payment processors and merchant accounts have a "blacklist" of people who chargeback...
Hosting companies should have one too... then all hosting companies can scrub new signups threw it and decide if they want that customer or not based on their actions at their past hosts. It should be called: The RODC. The Registry of Debtor (*cough* deadbeat) Clients

I just pay by automatic withdrawal on credit card, only thing you have to remember is to update your card in 3 years when the card expires.
I would force the people who are dicking you around to go automatic withdrawal via credit card. |

Just update your AUP to include large fees for payments received more than 5 days late without prior written notice.
It's our job as a hosting company to provide a service. We're bound by our SLA to do you right. It's the clients job to pay on time and honor their TOS. They're bound by our AUP/TOS. A client who doesn't pay is like a host who's always down/slow. |

Send them some emails letting them know that they do don't owe money. That should make things crystal clear for them. Communication is key in cases like these.
