In the US policy disagreements should be decided by elections, not witchhunts and show trials. You want to talk about criminals, look at how Congress is handling the US automaker bailout.

I don't think this is going to be a simple loan. What we've seen in the financial bailouts is the US government buying stock in these companies.

They didn't give Detroit the money this past week so that the stock prices would continue to fall.

Then in December the government will demand that some of the $25 Billion include shares in these companies. In other words, they get more ownership next month than they can right now for the same amount of money.

This is market manipulation by the US government so they can steal yet more parts of the private sector.
