The countries where people make on average $50 are no more than 10 in the World, if you can get internet there AT ALL it will probably cost you at least $200 for a severely capped version, add electricity etc and that dude will have to make at least $500 just to get by

people are so confused when it comes to poor countries - look the dudes in country A live on $70 a month, with $300 per month I'll live like a king, total bull, you'll probably need at least $1500 to live OK, of course you can live on $70 - in a shack, no electricity, no sanitation, and that's if you share the shack with 6 other people

For most of them that is only income,but i notice some regular webmasters there too.So they either pretend to be webmasters,or they have bots to shoot proper post.I never won anything in those contest except where knowledge is requied not luck.Any contest where is knowledge requied i will win.I still remember how i won xbiz contest where it was requied to post last before 12:00 at gfy time.So i setup my local clock to gfy time,installed atomic clock,and posted exactly 11:59:59:59.
No match for that.
