I have norton, installed ad-adware... no luck, still getting random popups
 whats a good tool to scan with?

if u run Spybot Search and Destroy and Malwarebytes and it comes back go to this thread and follow every step - it's tedious but you'll get rid of what you have. some of them are very sneaky and even though your spyware removal says it got rid of it it will come back.
