Governments around the world knows the real state of world markets and they have more fear in there eyes they anyone else. I think this is still alot worst then we currently see, but thats only my thoughts.

There are some excellent buys out there now. I'd be buying if I wasn't out of cash.
I know a stock that pays out $3 a year in dividends thats closed just under $2 just now... utter madness in this market!!!
