Designers - Need your best work!

We are looking for a complete layout/template redesign. This includes the main page tabs, boarders, headers, colours, and general flow of the site. We are looking for a soft colour design to empathize the videos, but at the same time a pay site feel that catches the users eye. For example, different text sizes and well blended colours.
Some site designs that we like would be along the lines of: www.spankwire.com and www.gutter.com
Even though we are a tube site we want it to look unique and unlike any others. Something that brings a pay sites attractiveness to a tube sites functionality.
We are looking for a fully designed Welcome Page/Age Verification that follows the same style as Spankwires. Since we use a template the design must fit the flow and take in account the rest of the content through out the site. Of course this includes the Video Player page, Categories section, etc...
We have gone through 4 different designers now trying to get our site done; all with bad experiences. We have paid some of them upfront in full to start the work and others half upfront. Each time we have had to jump through loops to find our designers after they have quickly disappeared.
We are now asking for mock-ups upfront, and if we like it and go with you then we will pay you the half or even full amount upfront.

You can see we posted asking for mockups, got a mockup we liked, and moved forward completing the transaction successfully!
