6' 228lbs .. and there is not much that gives me a problem ... Take some kind of self defensive martial art .. there is huge part of any fight that is mental .. be aggressive..focused and deliberate in your every action in any situation ..then transfer that to your life for that matter ..yep tis my front runner for #1 but i think i really need to combine something with it
btw what are your dimensions and what fighting styles give you problems when you fight against...knowing what gives bigger guys problems would help.. you pic looks about like 35% of my attackers....and if anthony steps in this thread he would be perfect for that question cause he seems about 35% of whats coming at me as well...

grab something throw at the opponent.. grab his head.. and punch the ear.... that should knock out the guy whose bullying you... then when his disoriented.. try to break the knee...

I think your missing the whole point here ..
Why ....Why is it that bigger guys are going to want to have any issues at all with you .. from my experience .. (and I do have a fair amount ..old and grumpy) ..
