Most of them offer a practice account which gives you the opertuinity to play on the currency market without loosing real money. When you feel you are ready you can then sign up for a real account and loose thousands of $ in a few minutes :)

I have so far lost $100 in under a minute so you really do have to be carefull on what you trade and how you trade.. but having said that I am still making a good profit and this I think is all part of the leaning curve of forex.
