I have a blog (foot and leg) that is getting a good number of searches for ebony feet and I want to give them something to bite (or suck?) on properly rather than just an odd picture that then goes to a tour with nothing but white feet.

No, as Barefootsies said, sites focused on black feet (with an affiliate prog) simply don't exist. I know of some personal sites though.

Yeah. We used to get some e-mails from people saying, 'MORE NIG FEET! Why u no nig feet'.

We then went out and found some. Shot them. They did good work for us. Sucking a mean one, and over all doing exactly what we want and need. But they just never sold well. I noticed the same in my competition. They would throw in one maybe once a year, but that was it. Basically reinforcing my theory.
