What do you do when people owe you money?

I usually find them, and knock them the fuck out.

now most people have seen the kind of bad ass mama jama i am and usually pay upfront just so they dont have this big dick mofo showin up at their door

what do you do if people owe you money? do you give them a grace period? if they dont pay what do you do?

yea sucks. i have a buddy that owes just a few hundred and been forever to see a freaking dime and i only see that if I bring it up. learned my lesson. funny thing is, you do the nice thing and end up feeling like shit because you have chase down a friend. sucks.

On the other hand, when customers or partners don't pay up, I give them 60 to 90 days, then I send 1 or 2 nasty lawyer letters, then I sue them, then they settle out of court.

I have two friends, one owes me $2000.00 and the other $1000.00.

Now I do not do loans anymore.
If they persist.
I tell them ok sure. Leave me the title to your vehicle, or equal dollar valuables.
Either of which I sell within a week of default.
No more people ask for loans.

I finished an amimation job back in late August, and I'm still owed $7,000 on the balance. I've already re-invoiced a couple of times.

Next step is to show up at their office and stage a sit-in until they pay me, or kick me out. then I'll try a lawyer, or a collection agency.
