locate you hosts-file on your computer (named "hosts", no extension, use search), and open it in notepad.
You will see a bunch of lines like this one: 127.0.0.1 localhost Now, <b>leave the above one intact</b>, delete the others (not the ones with # before them, those are harmless). The ones to be deleted look like: 66.250.74.137 worldsex.com
