On a biz angle - do you ever do any flash work? I'm working on a mainstream deal where I'll need a lot of new banners every month - static, animated, and sligtly mouse-interactive flash. All with a variety of sizes.

If that deal comes through I need a reliable ongoing source of quality stuff.

ive dabbled in it and just stick with what works, although I definitely see the need to move more into flash. Its just that what i do, (because you embed urls in flash) affiliates need to place their own code link on the banner so I just have never had a demand for flash at all.

I got the Flash Bible and Flash MX and never touch either lol

i rly need to though, need a reason though, no client of mine asks for flash.

I could definitely give you some flash source code to work with that would give you a good starting point for some basic interactivity and animation, and would show you how to enable a dynamically generated clickthrough URL that allows the affiliate to enter their affiliate code in the embed/object tags just like you would on a regular a href tag.

its because dave is not a singer, and its hard for some to sing and play at the same time. But I do agree with you, I just know he stepped up and filled the spot and didnt want a singer like Hetfield trying to run the show in his own band.

His licks are what counts to me, but again, i agree with you.
