check out this guys channel, they are all videos of women's asses that he filmed sneaking around grocery stores and stuff and his other channel is all videos of women's feet, is this even legal what they are doing??

re-read your post and I think I know what you were thinking, but no this is not a case of the typical youtube spammers

this guy has no ads or urls on his channel, just a whole bunch of videos that it looks like he snuck around filming with his cellphone camera of all different girl's in shopping malls or grocery stores or something... and my questioning the legality wasn't about the putting of the videos on youtube, it was about the concept of these guys sneaking around video-ing unsuspecting women all over the place in public, including extreme close ups

I don't think it's illegal. Whenever the news does a story about fat people or obesity, they always show clips of fat asses and fat stomachs walking down the street. I doubt they asked each of those people if they minded being the lead image in a story about fat people.
