You're not a true republican unless you can spin stuff appropriately.

These are 2 areas that he's made firm decisions on. Does that mean it's the only thing he's going to do? No. Does it mean these are even his first priorities? No.
It means these are decisions he's come to.

The economy, war on Iraq and many other much higher priorities simply can't be decided on as quickly without all available information and consideration.

He has already come to the same conclusions on Iraq that Bush has. His plan is the same as Bush's. That is already done. He has already made some decisions on the economy. Like Bush he wants more stimulus packages.
