                  Well the ones I have seen use same principles. They just use fancy gears, locks, and harnesses. In the end it is just applying a force to your willie that is pulling from the base.

                  I would not suggest just dropping the rock though. You may pop it off. Go with a squat while the rock is on the ground and then begin to stand as the rock leaves the surface.
