    lately when i dont like to get a cab i just drive....

    When i take the car out and i get my drink on i dont see anything wrong with driving home... Its usually 5 am sunday so no motherfucker is on the streets, only other drunk fools and taxi's... and i am a good ass drunk driver. So what's so bad about it when you do it responsibly like i do? NUTT'N!
    Like tonight, the cops stood right next to me n my car and i greet the busters and drive off... When you can stand booze there aint SHIT to worry about.. GNIGHT!

              A drunk driver late at night on a street with no traffic took out my fence and water feature. If water feature had not taken brunt of impact and also captured the front wheel, the car would of plowed into my neighbors bedroom.

              I have also had my car side swiped before by a drunk driver at a different location.

              Honestly there is no way to do it responsibly outside of a closed track. Your situation also leaves out many hypothetical what if's. It is 5am, papers are being delivered, other deliveries are getting done at that hour, people do early AM jogs, some may have to be driving to work or have an emergency and need to get to a ER etc.
