I think people with sigs turned off & all ads blocked are certainly missing out.
Now those flash ads, with loud noises/music (That i haven't seen in awhile...thank god) i do like blocking those

the noisy ads is what made me ad block. nothing more annoying than listening to classical music when you working all peaceful, and blammmm some asshole thinks its funny say some dumb shit like giggitygiggity goo. that shit annoys me to no end.

You can ignore trolls, even threads like contest threads.
And coming in v2, ignore individual avatars, sigs and also color options to mark threads or users in colors of your choice to find them more easily

Right click on them, go to FfVb Management and choose "Ignore Thread".
If ever you want to put them back again, or put back ignored users... you just right click, go to FfVb Management and choose Settings/Options. In there you can manage all that you've ignored.
You can also set keywords to be ignored, and manage other things like the bottom menu bar. You can turn it off or change it's color... stuff like that.Comment

I started blocking annoying ads with sound a while back, it progressed to skins that hurt my eyes and now all skins and board ads get get blocked automatically.
