Depending on how deep your computer is infectet at the moment, you might need to disable automatic system restore first
then reboot in safemode
then run http://download.bleepingcomputer.com...mbam-setup.exeComment

when you have removed it, remove your current antivirus, install the trial version of http://www.kaspersky.com/trials
